This Centre provides a home-like environment where children feel safe and comfortable. We provide a positive, engaging and holistic learning environment with certified Early Childhood Educators.

the needs
OF A GROWING COMMUNITY
Small Steps first opened their doors in 2015. At that
time, the facility was built to accommodate 33
childcare spaces. Throughout the next 5 years our
community continued to expand with many young
families coming to Outlook to begin their families.
To address this need, Small Steps added 3 infant
spaces and 4 school aged spaces.
Despite this addition, by 2020 the waitlist for
children 5 and under grew to over 120 names. It was
clear we needed more room.
In 2023, we broke ground on the facility expansion,
and opened our new doors in September of 2024. We are now licensed for a total of 90 children
throughout 6 brand new classrooms. Our waitlist
continues to grow.
